👤 ID Verification To ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations and help protect both our guests and properties, we require all guests to complete a quick ID verification process before arrival. You’ll be asked to upload a government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) through our secure check-in form, powered by trusted third-party provider Truvi. Truvi will contact you via email and/or SMS with a secure link to complete the process. Late check-outs without prior approval incur a $100/hour fee. ⸻ 💳 Security Bond New Airbnb users or guests with limited reviews may be asked for a refundable security bond through Airbnb. No extra guests without approval — violations may result in eviction and fines. Bookings must be made by someone in the staying group. Contact us in advance if you’re booking on behalf of someone else. ⸻ 📦 Same-Day Bookings Please allow at least one day’s notice for us to prepare the apartment. Same-day bookings may have delayed check-in times — please message us before booking. ⸻ 🍼 Travel Cot & Supplies A travel cot is available upon request. We provide a starter pack of essentials like body wash, shampoo, tea, coffee, and toilet paper — enough for your first night or two. These are not replenished during your stay. ⸻ 🔇 Noise, Parties & Behaviour No parties, gatherings, or disruptive behaviour. Quiet hours start at 8:00 pm. Breaking house rules (noise, guest limits, smoking) may result in immediate eviction and no refund. ⸻ 🚭 Smoking Policy Strictly no smoking inside, on balconies, or in common areas. Breaches incur a $500 fine and immediate eviction. ⸻ 🛠️ Maintenance & Access We respect your privacy, but if building maintenance or urgent repairs are required, we may need access. We’ll always provide notice beforehand. ⸻ 🧼 Damage & Cleanliness Report any existing damage on arrival to avoid being held responsible. You’re responsible for any damage caused during your stay. If something isn’t right at check-in, please tell us immediately so we can fix it. Refunds won’t be considered after the fact. ⸻ 🏢 Facilities & CCTV Common areas are monitored by CCTV for your safety. There are no cameras inside the apartment. ⸻ 🐾 Pets Sorry, no pets allowed.
