Breaches incur a $500 fine and immediate eviction. ⸻ 🛠️ Maintenance & Access We respect your privacy, but if building maintenance or urgent repairs are required, we may need access. We’ll always provide notice beforehand. ⸻ 🧼 Damage & Cleanliness Report any existing damage on arrival to avoid being held responsible. You’re responsible for any damage caused during your stay. If something isn’t right at check-in, please tell us immediately so we can fix it. Refunds won’t be considered after the fact. ⸻ 🏢 Facilities & CCTV Common areas are monitored by CCTV for your safety. 🚪 Smart Lock Camera Blocking or tampering with the camera on the smart lock is not tolerated.
