We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Laura was excellent with communication and always quick to respond
Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne!

We had a wonderful and lovely 9-night stay at Ms Laura's house The Tide, Craigie. The house is located at a tranquil and quiet neighbourhood. Ms Laura's house is new, clean and everything's inside the house is perfect for a lovely stay. Highly recommended. Thank you for being a wonderful host, Laura!

Thank you Laura, for being such a wonderful and responsive host! We truly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, cozy heater, and toiletries provided. The attention to detail in the home decor made the stay extra special and welcoming. The location was excellent, near Floreat and Subiaco and a less than 15 minutes drive to the city. The airbnb is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was well maintained and comfortable, we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an airbnb in perth!

This apartment was perfectly located for my needs. Spotlessly clean and a cozy space. Had everything I needed. It felt safe as a single traveller and the external noise was low. Easy to find with photos and instructions. Laura was a great host, friendly and responsive.

It was a great place! Very cozy, loved the furnishing. The smell of the place was nice, felt like home. The host was really responsive, and helpful in answering some of our queries during our stay. The kitchen was quite fully equipped with oven, microwave, and some utensils. We were there during winter, and the dyson heater was a great touch to our stay. The TV was nice.

Apartment was perfect for our stay as it has private parking area. Kitchen was big for meal preparation. Amenities were complete. Had issue with water heating system. However, Laura was responsive and took prompt action to resolve it. One of the best listings for its price.

Laura had great communication and was super helpful. She provided perfect instructions for finding the apartment and how to check in and check out. It was so easy!
The apartment is in a fantastic location - right opposite the beach and within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and playgrounds.

This house is suitable for families, no need to worry about living requirements.
Everything is available, even the umbrella for raining 😄.
Beautiful Garden and space for having food outside is amazing.

The utmost thought has been put into every aspect of this cute little apartment. Laura was so easy to deal with and I would highly recommend to a single person or a couple for a stay in Perth. Easy to access and close to everything.

Laura’s home was the perfect place for the family to stay. It had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy and the neighbourhood was quiet. Being only 5 mins drive from the beach we took advantage of the watching the beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.
